Great team there! Paul nice and chatty while waiting for MOT to be done. Unfortunately it failed. But Paul and the team managed to get a part and fix it before they closed! The guy that done my MOT kindly showed me and talked though the failure allowing me to understand fully before getting Paul to do a quote. Not only that, while I was waiting a few people popped in with minor issues (bulb out and level check) and without hesitation, got it sorted for them! Been going there for 6 years now. 100% confidence in their work and knowledge across the team. See you soon for our other car! Thanks again!

Moving to a new area where you know no one can be one of the loneliest experiences while you find your bearings. Queen’s Park garage has truly continued to be a place of solace for all my car needs. The generosity, kindness, openness and willingness to always see me and respond to my car need has been exceptional and truly a blessing. Today on another visit, I saw Sean who was was kind and reassuring as he attended to my indicator car light and general oil checks. I really do feel so lucky to have moved so near to an amazing garage. I am often reluctant to leave reviews but really needed to make an absolute exception for these guys. Exceptional Service and Unexpected Surprises at Queens Park Garage! I recently had my BMW X5 serviced at Queens Park Garage and was truly blown away by the level of care and professionalism they provided. Not only was the service top-notch and reasonably priced, but they also added a thoughtful touch by washing my car. I was delighted to pick up a sparkling clean vehicle. It's rare to find a garage that goes the extra mile for its customers, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding work!

Headlight bulb went, so got replacement for Halfords and asked them to fit it. After some time they said - take it to a garage can't get the bulb out, so I did - to QPG. Turned up out of the blue - they found a mechanic how eventually after jacking car up and taking off wheel managed to get the old bulb out. Replaced the other side as well (I bought two) and gave me some advice on what bulbs I should have bought. I went to pay and do you know? FOC!! What a service. Friendly helpful and gracious and generous.

I booked my Land Rover Discovery in with steering/tracking issues, and with air suspension I knew it wouldn’t be the easiest of jobs! However from my initial Call with Paul I was completely reassured by his wealth of knowledge and expertise that it wouldn’t be a problem, I dropped it in at 08:00 where James who specialises in this area set upon it, unfortunately it did require new parts to be able to complete the work (track rod, and track rod end) I was informed immediately that they had been ordered and the vehicle would be ready for collection at 10:30. Not only was it ready, I was kept informed all the way, the work done was excellent, it’s a completely different car to drive now, thanks James, So from me it’s 5⭐️ all the way from customer service, quality of work, time, price, and convenience! I will DEFINITELY be using QPG again. Thanks to Paul & James A very happy customer.

Queens Park Garage came to my rescue after a disappointing visit to Halfords left my car's brake light unfixed. The team here is incredibly friendly and I can't thank them enough for immediately fixing the issue, and doing it free of charge! With my three children's safety being my top priority, their kindness meant the world to me. Thank you so much!

The last thing we expected this Halloween was to be rescued by two passing angels. They swooped into action when the front wheel fell off our car. No kidding, I know. While we were still recovering from the shock, a kind lady took us to one side and calmed us down with soothing words, whilst her husband took off again for appropriate tools. They had us back on the road in good form before we could say trick or treat. The devils must have been us since we didn't even get their names even though they refused to be paid. All they would tell us is that we can find them in Bournemouth at Queen's Park Garage. I recommend anybody do the same, before their wheels fall off, not after.
